Melody Hochevar is broker-associate with Coldwell Banker Honig-Bell. She has over 36 years experience in the real estate industry. Melody has ranked # 3 in her Joliet office for 4 continuous years and closed over $11 million in sales in 2006. Her business continues to grow in size to keep up with the ever changing Real Estate Market. Melody has again acheived membership in Coldwell Banker's prestigious International President's Circle for 2006 and has received the Coldwell Banker Honig-Bell Diamond Elite Award. Melody is one of the area's top real estate professionals, ranking in the top 2% across the nation.

Melody's many specialties include relocation, new construction, historic home marketing, first-time buyers, & retirement living to name a few. Melody's recently been trained in Historic Real Estate by The National Trust for Historic Preservation, and has attended the Illinois State Historic Preservation Conference.
